Exploring Agility

The one day Agile Product Management course is designed to give some practical tools Product Owners and those supporting them. Attendees will come away with practical tools for initiating Scrum projects, understanding business value to enable prioritisation of work and how to monitor and report progress.

Course Content Includes

• Project Chartering – An overview of the different levels of planning and an introduction to the Project Data Sheet, Project Vision and other chartering approaches.
• Prioritisation and Planning – An overview of different approaches to understanding and defining value for prioritisation.
• Reporting Progress – A review of reports already covered with an explanation of how to use them.
